We worked with Kangoo tours in Buenos Aries. All communications prior to our trip was precise and carefully chosen by Alejandro based on our request of what we wanted to see. To begin with, we were met at the airport, so happy to be treated so royally...... We were taken to our hotel, given time to check in and refresh from our long flight. We were picked up later in the afternoon for tour #1.
Day 2, we were greeted again by our driver and guide, and taken on tour #2, A day of city tour of adventure and information, that was amazing, we learned about the history and saw very important sights.
Day 3, our last day we were again picked up in the morning, a new guide as each guide is specific, this tour was a JEWISH tour, our guide grew up in Buenos Aries and her knowledge was outstanding, and another new friend made.
After our tour we were taken to the port to meet our Ship for our planned cruise leaving from Buenos Aries, saying goodby to our driver and tour guide until we meet agaIn.. We highly recommend Kangoo Tours, they deliver what they promise, they treat you like friends, they are reliable, professional, knowledgeable, they wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable and we felt very fairly priced for everything. Lastly, Kangoo tours, gives you the little extras, telling you what to watch out for, what to look for, they are like friends taking you to their home.

For me as a filipino who leaves here in Buenos Aires to see and walk along the path of the barrio of our Santo Papa Francisco is a privilege for me.in about 3hours you will see and enter some of the places where pope leaves, study, and other chapels. And i would definitely recommend this tour to my friends.the tour guide was so great she speaks in english fluently and they're so nice.

In last December, me and my parents made a booking for a private car and it was perfect for us who were carrying 6 bags, and for a really good price, only 45 dollars from EZE to the city centre. The tolls were included. The driver was nice and willing to help with information
The staff was so accommodating in planning our tour. For just a bit extra, the driver came to pick us up at a local residence. Our driver was amazingly helpful and kind. Our english-speaking guide was excellent, we could understand every word. We visited the "barrio" where Bergoglio lived as a child, where he played soccer on the corner playground, an amazing church where he was baptised and where he lived before being elected Pope and changed his name to Francis 1.
The most amazing encounter happened to us as we leaving the home where Pope Francis grew up, an elderly lady asked if we were on the Pope Tour and then she began to tell us about the Pope as a boy growing up. Amazing story. She said that he was always a saint.
I Recommend this as a great way to begin or finish your trip to Buenos Aires. For us, it was a way to pull everything together. We had been in BA for almost a month and had visited the zoo, racetrack, the Pope tour(also highly recommended), El Tigre, the cemetery, 3 museums, and since we were staying in San Telmo we had that area covered. So certain churches, San Nicholas square, and La Boca were new to us. Silvina, the guide was so knowledgable about the history and neighborhoods, it was a great way to end our visit to this great city!!! You can always see more in BA but I would recommend at least a month.
Me and my family went to Mar del Plata City, 260 miles from Buenos Aires City with the services of Kangoo Tours. We found a combination of beauty and charm of its natural resources (vast sandy beaches ideal to enjoy summer walks) with the infrastructure and services. Mar del Plata has everything: nightlife, pubs, discos, sea museums and the famous Casino. The company Kangoo Tours arranged the whole servces: transfers, hotel and a City Tour. I highly recommend this trip.
The tour is organised, on time and professionally done. And yet, our requests to stay longer at a certain church or area are accommodated.
Thanks to our guides Alejandro and Vicky. They are very helpful. Aside from their enthusiasm to share info about Pope Francis, Vicky gave us tips on where to go and shop around our hotel after the tour. She also showed us Mate when we stopped by a gasoline station. Alejandro on the other hand offered to show us important landmarks of the city because he knows of the limited time we have in Buenos Aires.

We ordered the Kangoo taxi, from EZE to the Palermo neighborhood. It was 50$, but we had someone waiting for us at the airport, a safe driver with aircon in the car and airport to door service.
There're cheaper ways to get to the city from airport, but if you're a jet legged traveller, who would like to get to the hotel with as little hassle as possible-i would definitely recommend this option.

Indico essa empresa em Buenos Aires. Muito pontual, honesto e responsável. Deu várias dicas valiosas na minha chegada que foram úteis durante a minha estadia. Meu voo chegou adiantado e o Alexandro ja estava nos esperando no aeroorto. Fomos embora de madrugada e qdo ligamos que estávamos prontas, Alexandro ja estava na recepção do hotel nos esperando com antecedencia de 40 minutos do horário combinado. Muito educado, gentil, receptivo e responsavel. Tem vários passeios além do translado. Indico pra quem gosta de pontualidade, preço Bom e de pessoas educadas. Totalmente seguro e muito diferente de muitos argentinos e brasileiros que gostar de fazer turistas de bobos, infelizmente muitos oportunistas em Buenos Aires. Muito cuidado. Segurança, pontualidade, gentileza, confiança são as características desta empresa durante os 10 dias na Argentina. RECOMENDO.
We had 3 transfers with Kangoo Tours and every transfer was perfect, driver was on the place on time, very good and fast communication to organize everything! Great car with enough space for luggage! ���

Wir hatten 3 Transfers mit Kangoo Tours und jeder von Ihnen wir einfach super, Fahrer war immer pünktlich, die Terminabsprache war einfach und gut (Englisch!). Auto war super und hatte viel Platz für Gepäck.

I had a 7 hours layover at Buenos Aires Airport and decided to do a 3 hours city tour with Kangoo Tours.
It was the best I could have done in that 7 hours. Very professional. Pick up on time. The tour was intersting and we also stopped for short stops that I could take pics and listen to the guides explanations.
Alejandro was super nice. Answered all questions, speaks fantastic english and we had some good laughs during the ride.
I got a slight idea what BA is about and why so many people are in love with that town. I guess for me it was also not the last time ...
"Vegan Tour of Buenos Aires"
Argentina is very famous for its meat and steakhouses. The country can also be called "The land of beef". But things are changing lately, the vegan culture is growing
AleJandro picked me up at the hotel I was staying in the Recoleta. We headed to Chinatown to in the Belgrano district where we visited two Chinese groceries selling many vegan products.
Given that it was a Tuesday, the traffic was quite heavy and parking difficult therefore our stops were quite brief. Our last stop was at Loving Hut, where we stopped for lunch. “

Pizza Vegana: “Gluten-free vegan pizza restaurant group - this one is in an antique house with a small garden - Offers multiple pizza flavors. Uses potato-cheese with different combinations, and pizza can be ordered by the slice or whole pie.”
Estilo Veggie: “Fast food concept vegan restaurant in Palermo since 2017. Menu offers burgers, wraps, tofu wings, vegan cheese sticks, salads, vegan choripán.”
Buenos Aires Verde: “ Buenos Aires Verde is an organic vegetarian restaurant, with vegan and raw options. We seek to convey our philosophy of" Smart Food ", using organic or agrotoxic-free ingredients, and combining knowledge, flavor and nutrients in each dish." I had a delicious chocolate brownie here
Bio Solo Orgánico: "BIO is the first Certified Organic Restaurant in Argentina. Since 2002 it has a commitment oriented to the care of the planet and healthy and integral food, providing an experience of flavor and responsibility. BIo is a family that decided to make its philosophy a space to share and spread.” In addition to showcasing the vegan food scene in BA, AleJandro showcased the Buenos Aires history and culture

Excelente, servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto y traslado a la puerta del hotel, todo perfecto, cuando llegamos estaba Francisco esperandonos en el terminal de arribos para nuestra recogida, buen conductor, amable y agradable, 100% recomendable. Utilizamos su servicio de traslados al aeropuerto de aeroparque y el regreso a ezeiza, siempre fueron puntuales, muchas gracias por todo.
